I was asking that suppose we pay 75k and we get shortlisted in the next list for the final admission, but after that we get a better offer and we decide to withdraw our candidature , would the 75k be refunded then?

As stated earlier, the amount of INR 75,000 will be adjusted against the first instalment of fees (The first instalment will have to be paid after getting a convert). Now, once this fee is paid, your seat is reserved with us at IMI, Delhi.
After this, if you wish to withdraw from the college, the withdrawal and refund will be carried out as per the AICTE Guidelines.

A movement or selection in one of the programs, doesn’t cancel your candidature for the other programs that are offered at IMI New Delhi.
Right now, the students who have received the offer letter and waitlist offer for one program and the fees they’ve to pay is for the same. In case they’ll be eligible for any other program in future, they’ll be informed on how their already submitted fee would be adjusted.

The entire fees would be refunded except 1000 inr if we withdraw anytime before commencement of classes
