I have mistakenly skipped imi pdgm (hrm) in my form , can anything be done now? Please help .

I haven't received an interview call from IMI Delhi (PGDM). Following are my educational credentials:
CAT 18 - 92.8 (VARC- 98, DILR - 82, QA - 79) - General
10th - 10/10 CGPA
12th - 91.40 (Commerce)
Grad - 70.33
WorkEx - 18 months
What could have been the reason for not getting a call?
Can anybody from IMI provide some clarity as to how the calls have been rolled out ? What is the procedure followed for shortlisting candidates ?
That is the least IMI can do after accidentally sending out fake call letters with congratulatory messages and later conveying that they amount to nothing.
I have been going through the posts and coming across people with less than 60%ile in sectional score and getting calls while people who have managed to clear sectional plus overall cutoffs have not recieved letters.
I have an overall %ile of 89.55 with above 90 in 2 sections but 47.52 in LRDI. Nonetheless, I had also submitted my GMAT score (660) which is way above IMI GMAT cutoff predictions/last year numbers.
Technical glitches can be explained/understood but there is a proper method of redemption and a right way to explain the situation rather than an institute of this stature acting according to its own whims and fancies.
I have booked a wrong slot in a hurry. I have another interview on that date. Can anything be done now?
