I got mail stating shortlisted for two year pgdm progarm. And msg as Dear PRATIK TOTALWAR,Congrats for being shortlisted for provisional admission to IMI Delhi two-year FT program(s). Please check your email and login to our admission portal to download your offer letter. But there is no offer letter on my homepage.. What does it mean??

I didn't receive an email or SMS and it's showing nothing on Portal , is it the final list or would there be subsequent list and are buffer calls are given ?
