I have not yet decided to wether to opt for hostel or stay in pg. so if i do not pay the hostel fees, can i get hstel at later stage say after 2 months?

or if i pay the hostel fees will the hostel amount be taken for my next tuition fees?

Also does imi 1st years being allocated a new hostel?
