What is the expected date of result out? And for pgdm general which is better imi delhi or imt Gaziabad?
Will the interviews go on as scheduled or any change due to COVID-19?
Respected Admission Committee of IMI,
Given how the situation is developing regarding COVID 19, and in accordance to guidelines issued by the government and various health centres across the World, is it possible to postpone the upcoming interviews till there is more clarity regarding the pandemic?
As of today multiple flights are getting cancelled, and Government is clearly discouraging public gatherings. In such a case, is it wise to carry out Group Discussions and Personal Interviews among people whose medical and travel history is unknown? This would be in clear violation of the recommended guideline which stresses upon keeping personnel self isolated and avoiding gatherings.
I understand the given situation is unprecedented and the college has highly invested into organising said interview processes, but given the nature of the virus, close contact interviews would be irresponsible on our part as citizens of the country and would only help in spreading the virus.
Protected investment over life threatening calamity cannot be a priority, so I humbly request that the admission process is deferred till the situation develops further.
