I have a few doubts regarding form filling

1. Is it compulsory to fill the XAT form details as the same is mentioned in instruction for filling

2. Is the form is of only one page and can we edit the details later if we continue ahead by selecting " I Agree".

And where do we need to update CAT percentile ?

The form structure seems to be confusing
