Hi Team, I am confused with the clause, "On request received on/after the start date(6th June 2019) and seat could be filled before cut off date(4th June 2019)" per say, I would like to withdraw my seat on june 10th 2019, how does the seat get filled before cut off date (4th June 2019) ?
