Did any1 attend interview on Feb 20th at Banglore? I was unable to attend the interview due to strike. No response from IMT admission office.Will i get a new date? Or is it the end of IMT for me?
yes i did. i travelled 14 hrs to reach blore at 7am. dressed up in train, breakfast @ station. took an auto to reach BIT(no one at station knew whats BIT!! had to tell address 2 d driver.) anyway he told that due to strike, autos n taxis n almost all buses will b off-duty for 2 days except during first few hours in morning upto 8-9am. there was list of 80 candidates divided equally into 4 Panels. 2 sessions were there, morng n afternoon.morng session started @ 8.30, afternoon @ 12.30(as per time schedule given)
my name was in panel 1 and morning session. its a huge college. so one can take his luggage to keep there separately.

From Panel 1 list of candidates only 4 were there(including me). Even after 10 o clock there were jus around 20 -25 ppl.
blore life wasn't hit. only there were NO autos or taxis on the road, while some buses were still moving if u asking abt public transport. got a lift frm a fellow competent(he lives in b'lore) after interview was over and returned to station by 12:30 pm.
IMP PS : will be sharing gdpi questions tomorrow. still high fever...
Appeared for the GD/PI yesterday at the Ghaziabad center ...It went well ..Panelists were cool.. Result ..dont know what s gonna happen but PI and GD both went good ....Those who are yet to appear for the GD ...Just stay calm and go for it
@shikha91 i wld suggest to spk to the admission cell...mine was a similar case..wherein ppl below my %tile got a call...wen i spoke to dem on 19/02..i came to knw tht dey had sent me a mail on 8/2 but it never got delivered...
@Anubha.imt for aspirants who passed out of ICSE/ISC boards...should we give our best of 5 and best of 4 marks in the personal details form...or should we put in the percentage taking into account all subjects?
@Krittika05 no dear.. passing certificates tell that u have passed/failed that class... 10th and 12th have different pass certificates..!! Migration cert. tells that u have left the institution u were studying in and are not enrolled with the university for conduction of any exam. They both look different and have their titles as pass and migration cert. resp.
@opiumi had applied to IMT on 31st Jan. My XAT score is 87.40.When should i expect a call. I have mt university exams on 16th March,so a little bit tensed.please help
@Krittika05@debpriyad which board did u do your 10th and 12th? i dnt have ne idea bout state boards but icse and cbse do give pass certificates.
I am from CBSE and I am aware that pass certificates are given by CBSE; and I have the class X pass certificate, but for some reason I forgot to pick up my class XII pass certificate from my school.
@Swt11 CBSE. I asked my friends too. they too said that we havent got the pass certificates. SO I am taking migration certificates to be on the safer side
