i have given gdpi for imt nagpur/hyd/dubai on 24th feb13 but still awaiting results can anyone tell me when it is going to come.and what are my chances of getting into imt nagpur i have cat score of 83 percentile and have 5 years of work exp

Can you give me some reasons why i should join IMT nagpur and not BIMTECH? If i get selected of course..
@Er.MBA 😃 I don't agree with you. If company visits your campus and interview you , they won't allocate a single mark to which college you belong to ? All that is needed is to answer their questions and impress them.
Recently An economic graduate student from St. Stephens college-Delhi , which is not an MBA college , bagged a package of 37 lakh. On the contrary average placement stood at 5.5 lakh with 27% of students remain unplaced.
Do remember , No college is bigger than its students. Once you sit in a interview , the ball is in your court and you can play in your own way. Least I would say is that we should be thankful to IMT-N that atleast it provides us an opportunity to sit in an interview. All that we have to do is perform well.

My both of the faculties were MBA from both places, and they had once shared their experience about their placement interview, and int it, they were asked about their family and how are they and all kind of those questions.

I think that only comm. Skills are tested in such HR interviews hence there also background and academic performance and College brand too matters.

consider a student who secures 85%ile in CAT and fails to produce OBC certi at the time of admission. Now no other pvt. institiute offers OBC quota consider that he/she takes admission in institute like Wellingkar.
Now do you think there wont be any placement pkg. difference ?

why u want to go there????....please look forward to go to city like hyderabad and exam like gmat,if you get what i am trying to say.
@Er.MBA Brother , I am not saying , that IIM's and other known non -IIM's are not good.
Ofcourse , They are well reputed, and every-one aspire to be in these colleges.
I have a very different argument here, I am saying , If you have skills , you can bag a better package , irrespective of the brand of college.

Gmat Score is good for foreign university or Executive MBA in INDIA.
2 year full time MBA needs CAT/XAT etc only.(except 2-3 colleges).

arrey u dint get what @parimaltewari10 meant to say.. he means after 5 years iof work exp why u want to go for PGDM that too from IMT N.. u may put ur hands on GMAT and try for ISB Hyderabad now! 😉 😃 :P
