Got mail in the morning that i have got admission in IMT-N. Did not get PGDM (General) though. Got PGDM (Finance).

Could you please answer this...I'm very sure , this will help a lot many too...
So according to what you said if i choose FT i could choose any course between the six. So FT with specialization Marketing And HR is Same as PGDM Marketing with HR dual?? Is there no difference at all?? n is placements same for both??
And once the admission fee 50K is paid , is Rs 49k refundable before registration in case a candidate quits. And when would be this registration date would be(approx)

@praveen313 The reg takes place in june. Till then any cancellation would refund 49k. The diff between pgdm-ft and pgdm mktg/fin is that in ft u choose ur specialization in the 2nd year. Whereas in mktg/fin u know ur specialisation from the start and the option of dual allows u to select a second specialisation

1)How many electives in 2nd year? How many i must take from Fin? I plan to take MKT+FIN.
So what are my options?

2)How is placement in finance this year? average package?
