just for information i would like to tell that imt G is only gud n other imt N is just for money making centre for them.. in imt N only 75% students got placement this year, n return on investment is also low, there are hardly any rules n regulation in IMT N , every wednesday n saturday there are partie. its just for fun n enjoyment..after 2 years student curse them, as they have no placement.. now its upto to u decide.. got this information from a student of imt nagpur, so not at all joining imt N..

@ashish20a bimtech then lbsim..... ibs as a backup.. bt dnt go fr imt-nagpur.. its very poor .. read the earlier posts posted by many even their seniors regarding bad placement in imt-n.....
@9thjan It's not fair to present only negative views about a school..75% placement so far is not bad considering the general sluggishness that almost all the b-schools have faced this year. I know many people (current + graduates) from b-schools of varying reputes, and no one is completely happy about the current placement situation. As far as party/fun is concerned, every b-school is incomplete without it! Only difference is in some cases, people know abt it and in others, they are surprised 
And mischief (in this sense)rate is directly proportional to the rank of the school trust me :p..There are students who are forever indebted to their b-school and there are students who curse their b-schools all the time, irrespective of what the school is. Of course this is not the best school in India and comes with its shortcomings, but then it has its own share of positives as well. All i'm trying to say is, it depends on us to judge whether the glass is half-full or half-empty; but we can't deny that the concentration of water/soda is constant!
