If any1 have sent it through post, did u get any return confirmation mail or some sort of information regarding whether payment have been received or not...?

Yes, it is as per AICTE norms. By when, only admin folks can tell.

Yes, it will be refunded. You have to pay by 5th April. .PLease avoid CAPS while writing
