How about the placement in IMT-N
@srinath88 :Thank you mate.
With just 74 percentile in CAT, should I apply to IMT Nagpur or Hyd?
I mean, whats the weightage of CAT scores for conversion?

@FreakRetard There is a single form for Nagpur and Hyderabad. ... You must give it a try. there is no harm in that.

@mickey88 As per the recent placement data, the average packae has been calculated to be 6 lacs.. The highest is 10 lacs. The senior batch is still going through the placement process but as of now around 100 students have been placed.

@mickey88 : Imt nagpur has come a long way in placements from the year it was established. and it's improving every year. You can visit the link of the IMT napur website below for more info http://www.imtnagpur.ac.in/recruiters.html
@zeal369 Soumya, you can always try. Not filling u the form at all is not a wise decision. I'll advice you to fill up the form. While shortlisting candidates we look at the past academic records and work exp too. So you may have a chance. Do fill up the form. :)
thanx @anubha.imt.
but i am a fresher..

@Anuj07 : IMT nagpur has no specific cut off since it takes into account cat/xat/gmat/cmat an even your work ex as well as your communication skills which will be tested in the GD/PI process, so even though if you get a 80 percentile in CAT you have a good chance of not getting selected, and someone getting a 75 percentile might get selected.
@Anuj07 The form includes IMT Ghaziabad, Nagpur and Hyderabad.
IMT-N takes into consideration the overall score: Your past academic background, work exp, and CAT score. Considering all this you get shortlisted. Maybe that must be the case.
