Does filling only one form and paying 1729 is suffice for all the three IMT's ? When can we get the final list of shortlist?

I had filled a single form for IMT-G. Is that enuf or I hav to fill another form for IMT-N??? 87.9%ile in CAT. no calls yet.
Has IMT Nagpur started sending calls to shortlisted candidates, or is it only IMT-G that has started sending? I've filled only one form(Dec-12) and am led to believe that only 1 form will suffice for all courses, at all campuses. Is this correct?

Hoping to convert at least one, in my maiden voyage.
@torque88 There has been no mention of whether only above 90ile candidates are getting calls however thats the pattern i have observed. The ONLY thing i can say is that you got to wait for your call. :)

You need to update your scores but the window for the same is not open yet. There is a single form applicable to all the IMT campuses
