Has anybody received an acknowledgement for the fee refund claim? I had send them an email on 9th April, 2019 and have send 5 more emails post that but haven't recieved any response yet. Plus there admission department telephone numbers aren't responsive at all.
P.S - Also, they might claim that due to Covid 19 lockdown there has been a delay in the process but I did receive an acknowledgement receipt from them for the 2nd installment of the fees on 3rd April, 2019 which also btw was during the lockdown time frame.
