Do we need to qualify IRMASAT then our Ga/pi will be considered or the written exam is one of the composite of entire procedure?

Hello, can anyone from IRMA confirm that how long will the whole process take ?? I have received a mail to reportat IRMA on 16th February at 8 a.m. Will it be over by the evening same day or something else ? I am asking this to book return tickets.

i recieved a mail that said i have been shortlisted by IRMA and then was written that other details will be sent afterwards and till now i have not got any other detail .and the ga/pi date was mentioned as 15 feb ,that is clashing with my CAP interview, till when i'll get the reply any idea?

@SMC_IRMA Hi I ve mailed about Rescheduling as I have got another call on March 3rd and My IRMA call is on March 1st. But haven't received any reply mail.I need to book tickets.... Shall I wait or else proceed with the Already Scheduled date!!! Pls do reply... Thank you

The admission prospectus says that the first year fees has to be paid within 15 days of results declaration. That means, by the end of March we are supposed to pay the fees. What if we get other calls whose results come after that? Will the fees be refunded?

@SMC_IRMA I got the mail for shoortlisted and it is stated that " your personalised letter with other instructions will be available on IRMA website starting this week" now where to find my personalised letter on website.. and i didn't get any mail after this shortlisted mail.
