Hi. I really needed help with the admission procedure of Irma. I wanted to know if i fall under the profile based cateogory. I am in my final year of graduation. I'm pursuing bsc agriculture. I have an average of 78% in graduation till now. I am from a college that is affiliated to a central govt university. I am expecting around 83 percentile in cat. Im about to give xat also. However I have no work ex as such since I'm still in my final year, but my last semester that is from February onwards has 4 different training programmes which I will be part of. Now the admission under profile based requires 3 things : 80 percentile in cat/xat, graduation from a recognised university and work ex in dairy, new policy or rural sector. So would I fall under profile based if I'm about to do training in these sectors but have still not done it? I really need help with this soon. Too bloody confused!

The brainchild of the Father of the White Revolution, late Dr. Verghese Kurien, IRMA is a part of a legacy of 40 years and counting. The Institute’s flagship Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) has produced some of the most influential leaders across diverse sectors. With its unique curriculum coupled with the unparalleled dedication of the Institute to promoting sustainable and equitable socio-economic development, IRMA is a management institute with a heart. This film captures the beautiful journey of a PGDRM participant. Traversing through IRMA’s verdant campus, it narrates the story of the two years participants spend both on and off the campus and how IRMA not only shapes them into responsible rural managers but also individuals with a fitting sense of empathy.
