What is the graduation certificate that we need to upload??
Is it the degree certificate by University?
Or can upload the passing out certificate given by college?
The Village Fieldwork Segment (VFS) is a nostalgic journey for every IRMAn. It enriches us as a participant of rural management and gifts us with a milieu of memories. We stayed seven weeks in a remote tribal village near Dumka and worked as a Development Intern in Nav Bharat Jagriti Kendra, Jharkhand. It was a fascinating voyage for us.
I have almost completed the application...but in the upload section it is asking for experience certificate...
I have 6 months experience in a Government Organisation but I haven't obtained the experience certificate and even if I apply now it is a bit diffucult to get due to the hierarchy...what can be done now?
Any suggestions for

Two participants from the 39th batch of IRMA’s flagship Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM); Arnelit Philip Mani and Arun Prabhakar S won the first prize at the EIMA Agrimach India 2019 for “Impactful Innovations for Indian Agriculture”.
The team presented the idea of beehive fencing as a natural deterrent to Human-Elephant conflict with special focus on crop raiding by elephants. This idea was developed from their insights during the two month-long Village Fieldwork Segment (VFS) among the tribal communities in the Nilgiris district.
