Does this mean if we choose yes we get to remain waitlisted for programs not opted by us or does this mean remain waitlisted for the current opted programs.

Hi everyone i had put my first choice as PGDM Core and second as PGDM IB. I have been selected for IB but i am waitlisted at 12 for core. If i do not confirm my offer for IB and dont pay the fees by 8th April then will i still be waitlisted for Core and considered for the next round? Also what are my chances of converting core?
