Guys I had paid the first installment fees after the second round and have been allotted a different course after upgradation in the third round. If I transfer my programme now , do I need to pay the second installment fees anytime earlier or the same date of 6th May??

Even after the 4th round, if a person is in waitlist, how he/she will know that he is selected when a seat is surrendered? Because I believe that no list will be released after the 4th round. Do we receive an email for that?
