the last date to pay the 2nd installment is 15 may
and last date to pay for hostel and mess fee is 15 June, right?

After the 4th list, PGDM core has moved till 236. For the people with core waitlist around 260, does this means hope? Do they stand a chance of conversion from here onwards? Since minimum people will opt out of core.
