I have been shortlisted for kj . I left the company I worked with in jan , I don't have a copy of offer letter , didn't receive the relieving letter also , how Should I deal with this situation?

While filling up my educational details form, I calculated my class 10th marks based on best of 5 out of 6 subjects. I'm not able to edit the form now, will it cause any problem?
My 10th and 12th marksheet are given in percentage. But in site, it ask for conversion certificate? We didn't have such certificate as it is already in marks not in CGPA.
