What all documents do I need to bring apart from my GDPI form?

As we are filling the candidate profile form we are getting an option to answer how is this relevant to your long term goals but when I am giving it a print that ques and ans both are not getting displayed. Is it happening wiyh someone else also ?Is it a technical glitche?

'All Semester or year wise Degree Marks sheets', can we self-attest the consolidated marksheet or we have to self-attest semesterwise marksheets?

Hi!!

I am facing certain issues in my application form. My achievement section is shown as empty. I have a research paper and represented my district in cricket. Along with it my parents occupation, school name is missing. XAT percentile is correct but marks is displayed at 0. Can something be done about it. I have already written a mail regarding the issue.

Hi Adcom!, I'm a final year student and I do not have a degree certificate/passing certificate, The system asks me to upload the passing certificate. Can I continue without uploading it?, or what else can I upload in that place?
