I was filling the form of KJ Somaiya Institute of Management and have certain queries related to form filling, so can you please address them as it will ensure that my form is filled with the most accurate information.

My queries are as follows:-

1) In Bachelor Degree details, I have not yet received cumulative CGPA from my institute as there is a delay due to COVID-19. But I have individual CGPA of all 6 semesters, so shall I take their average and write the result obtained under CGPA in the application form? I have requested my college for the issue of cumulative CGPA mark sheet or the process of calculation of Cumulative CGPA but the University has not yet informed us about the same, that is why I am not sure about this calculation. Can you please suggest me if I could do such a calculation?

2) What shall I fill in the month of passing? Will it be the month of declaration of our final semester result or the month of obtaining the degree certificate? (Due to COVID-19, there has been a delay in convocation and issue of degree certificate but our college has given us provisional pass certificate.)

3) If I have more than one award or co-curricular activity then is there any way to fill it? as in the section of achievements, there is space for filling only one award and only one co-curricular activity, how to add more than one, if possible?

Hello, I am filling KJ Somaiya's application form for MBA programs. In the achievements section, under awards and rewards, there is only one space for awards and rewards. As I have more than three awards, where should I mention it as there is no space for it?

In my graduation we had CGPA system so what will I write in 'Marks Obtained' and 'Total Marks' while filling application form in graduation details column? Also I have an award and also participated in sports. Also I have done a certification course in college. So how can I add both of them in 'Awards and Rewards' section as we can add only one thing there?

While filling the MBA application form, in work experience section, should I mention the internships which I pursued during bachelor's with the job?

In achievements section, i want to add more achievements in same sub category. But there is no such option. I want to add professional certificate courses and scholarship. They are applicable only in "Honors & Rewards". Kindly help!

Hi, I had two doubts related to form filling:


1) Is it necessary to upload the Domicile certificate while filling the form? If yes where is the option to upload it? Im asking as the form mentions it. (see attached pic)


2) If the Gujarati Minority quota was scrapped, why does the form still ask if you want to avail it?
