Can someone confirm that the hostel charges are Rs 264000 for one year? Isn't it a bit much? If one has relatives in Delhi can't he/she stay there? Also is there any dresscode?

What is the procedure for changing the course from finance to core. Also, if I requested for change then my confirmation in finance will be there or I will not be considered for finance also if course not change.
