I can only talk abt PGDM Mkt at Jaipuria noida. It is an excellent program and you can compare the curriculum of any general program with curriculum of pgdm mkt and will know the difference. pgdm mkt avg last yr at jaipuria was 4.8 L. Students are getting benefit of centralized placements, student and faculty exchange both international and within jaipuria campuses + resource sharing between campuses. you can also go through faculty profile to have some idea of their quality. Ard 60% of faculty members are Phd. Classes of all common courses between pgdm general, pgdm mkt and pgdm services, are held together.

Yes you are eligible to apply as selection is based on merit created by taking scores of CAT/MAT/CMAT, academic score, CA, PI, work-ex and co-curricular profile. you can apply online on www.jaipuria.ac.in

ms ramaiah institute of management,vjim hyderabad,IFIM bangalore,iba bangalore,i wouldn't recommend mumbai bschools(ones running PGDM other than MMS) because many kinds of reservations are there..so seats open to others become less which are filled by top scorers.
