Amity's roi is poor due to high fee structure. About 10L fee and Around 4-4.3L avg placements. Apart from their main mba program no other program has placements worth mentioning.

The most important difference is that PGDM Curriculum is very dynamic and flexible to adapt current trends in the industry. MBA curriculum generally changes once in 5 yrs. You only require MBA if you want to go for Phd.
If the institute you are taking admission in, is AIU approved then your PGDM is treated as equivalent to MBA and you can go Phd. PGDM is accepted for Govt. and PSU Jobs.

@amm789 For Jaipuria or AMITY, why go for a course other than Core MBA? Secondly, Placement is more or less for both though ROI may be lesser. Being a better "brand" will help later aswell.
PS: i am not against Jaipuria. Just my opinion ^^
Guys who are asking about Amity . I'll tell you the fact its a BRAND you'll get good exposure and everything for your corporate exposure . But if you think they'll give you the placement . Forget it ! if you choose like AMITY OR **** . Its like they can only give you the Skills depend on your cailiber what you can do . Choice is yours 
- Its my opinnion i've seen many casses so i told you my 4 friends passed out from there one have done Btech and 3 PGDM
