MAT may create some problem in top mat colleges but your academics are decent so you can try for SIES, BIMM, ITM NM, Jaipuria, jims rohini, ndim, empi, ims ghz.
I have a mat score of 644.5,126 score in CMAT,above 70% in class 10 and 12 and 52% in b.com (hons) from Calcutta University..I have applied in ms ramaiah college.. Can u tell me which is the better-MS Ramaiah or RIMS?as they have almost same names,so I get confused.Also can u guys suggest me some good colleges according to my qualifications?

as per my research and conversation with many colls. seniors my mentors i found only 3 mat colls in delhi ncr tat r worth joining i.e. jims rohini,jaipuria noida and ndim tughlakabad.
