i would say it mostly depends on your score in CAT/MAT. Go for top 60 colleges only.

Got offer for MBA energy trading @ UPES Dehradun.
83 percentile (645.5) in MAT Feb 2013.
B.Tech with 63% in 2012.
12 ISC 62.8% and 10 ICSE 69%.

Any Suggestion or info..

See UPES is a good institute but you need to be very sure when you think of going for a highly domain specific program like power management. Power Management is no doubt an upcoming field with good scope. Also remember that PSU's are not hiring this year on a big scale. If you are sure about it then go for it as it is better than ITM Mkt.
If you think about ITM then look for other options too as ITM's roi is not that good.
