Hi Guys , I have recently given interview for TAPMI , GIM and IMT for 2 year PGDM. All of them liked my profile with hotel operations backgorund , 3 years overseas exposure and total of 5 years work ex.... They are happy to give me admission though they have clearly told me that we would not be able to place you as your age would be close to 32 by the time u finish MBA...
Do you all think that age does really matter at this stage ??
Also I want to pursue MBA in finance and I do not have any backgorund in accounting etc but I am really passionate to do finance so I wanted to go for a two year course. All of these institutes are have suggested me to go for only the executive MBA as age would be on my side . Do you think 1 year course will give me enough exposure to work in a mid level management in field of finance?
Please give me your inputs as I have left my job for last one year with the dream to pursue MBA but now I am really confused.....
I didnt apply for executive MBA anywhere but IMT has offered me. I have secured a call from ICFAI Hyd and have paid them fee as they didnt tell me all this about the age. Probably they have a more diverse profile .....
