Not a good option. 583 is too less a score to get admission in any decent B school under MAT. My advise would be go for Feb MAT and just put in some more hard work. There is still a lot of time.

Under MAT there are few colleges which provide AICTE-UGC-DEC certificate. But they are showing gud placement record.
Can any one tell me should such degree be encouraged? Will it give nay problem in future reg job. IS DEC certificate is well accepted in Market jobs.

Ma'am consider it as a choice.. but if possible then give MAT in feb... n try to get score more than 700.. because MAT is very easy.. n avg person can score 90 %le easily...
So try for it if u wan good colleges under MAT..

Yar, good is a very relative term. For some IIM C is a good college for someone NDIM is a good colleges. I would be only able to suggest colleges on the basis of percentile.
