While there have been significant gains in the representation of women at the workplace since 2016, they are still considerably underrepresented at all levels of the organization. Moreover, despite efforts at organizations to create greater inclusivity, there are still several challenges that women have to navigate. In the session Prof. Leena Chatterjee will explore some of the problems and barriers faced by working women and how they cope with these challenges along with some strategies for effectively navigating these hurdles.
This is just a sampler of the BITSoM MBA experience which goes far beyond theory to create leaders with a balance between IQ and EQ for long term success.
