Do we need to provide reference for work-ex or have to write about our own work-ex its quite confusing can someone clarify?

Hi, I am a resident of Pune. Wanted to know if I'll still have to reside within college premises i.e. in the hostel or will I be allowed to commute to and for? (Asking because hostel fees and other catering expenses are a major concern for me)

For the % in the form for Standard X: do we have to fill in what appears in our marksheet which is the best of 5 OR do we compute our % taking into consideration all subjects?

For B.Com %: The % that appears in our marksheet is aggregate of last 2 years, so do we have to compute the % taking into consideration all 3 years OR only the one that appears in the marksheet?
