I actually have a doubt regarding the work ex's impact on the overall score. Honestly if someone's interested to put an opinion on this, please do that. I also want to know about that if someone has "irrelevant" experience wrt to the feild he/she is applying for and on the other side if someone's there with all good nos but no work ex, who's gonna get the preference?
As a neutral group please tell which one is better? Please give reasons also.
