people shortlisted for both mba and hr have to send only 1 set of mentioned documents with seperate sop , right?

One query. The documents to be sent regarding the work experience are the following -
Work Experience certificate OR Proof of date of joining & Latest Salary Slip
Now, I have a work-ex of 3 months and I had to leave my job in a rush. Thus I have my work-ex certificate, relieving document and a final settlement document. I do not have my latest salary slip. Do I need to send it or the work-ex certi, joining and relieving docs will do?

The marksheet, etc to be sent has to be attested by gazetted officer only?
Can't we attest them ourselves.....Anyone confirmed it from the NMIMS office?
This attestation thing is really a headache ....what if we don't know any gazetted officer...where can i go --.any help?

In the SOP, do we need to mention the field of study and why we chose it?
I seriously doubt if any Gazetted Officer would be willing to attest 25-30 pages for a CD/PI process. Spoke to the representative regarding this issue (for the 2nd time) and she said that its okay even if they are not attested. Once selected for admission , it is a mandate to get all the copies attested.
Note : All attestation by a Gazetted Officer. No self-attestation required.
