any idea whether the panel for HR n Core interview would be same or not??..coz if any 1 of them is same, it might be a problem for us to justify answer in our 2nd interview

I am a 2014 pass-out with no academic breaks earlier..I just noticed in the CD-PI registration form that I have entered 'NO' in the academic break category..Since I have no work experience and I am going to take admission in 2015,will it be considered as an academic break?
