Hey, someone plz tell me, the calls given out by NM is final? Do they upgrade candidates who have been called for Bangalore Campus, to Mumbai campus after interview? Do they take out any wait list?

I made a mistake in work experience details in CD/PI registration form. Instead of entering 8-Oct-201X it became 8-May-201X. I just noticed. Though I have attached correct proof of experience. I cannot correct the entry in system. What to do now?
2 doubts:-
1) Call letter heading - "CD/PI Call letter -MBA,MBA-HR & PGDM/PGDBM"
And reporting time given only for MBA & MBA-HR? What about PGDM/PGDBM?Will it be considerd in same interview? If yes then whether separate SOP & set of documents for PGDM/PGDBM??
2. Do we need to send multiple copies of documents for each course? if yes,in separate envelope or same ?
we need to attest only the 10th,12th and degree certificates right?

I am shortlisted for Mumbai campus and accordingly I have posted two sets of documents(For MBA and MBA-HR).But as nothing was explicitly mentioned, I Posted both sets in the same envelope . Will that be a problem?
Are 2 different envelopes necessary for MBA BM and MBA HR or we can send the two sets in same envelope..Please reply asap!!
