1st List- No movement

I work in one of BIG 3 IT companies of India and they asked me to take sabbatical instead of Resigning, I wanted to ask you
1) is me being on sabbatical a problem in NM,Mumbai when i sit for placements , Would they bar me from sitting in placements in any way ?
2)is it like They dont allow us to
sit for IT companies if i take sabbatical from an IT company.
