There aren't any slots for december in Kolkata. I request nmat authorities to please make some slots available for retake. This is so unfair

Window 2 is from 21 October to to which Nov

After how much time will all the clocks again show the correct time simultaneously if a + b + c + d = 1 hour, a : b = c : d = 2 : 1 and b : d = 3 : 1?
