I couldn't find the official cut off percentile for 2014(although read at 1-2 places it was around 95%tile). But for NMAT 2013 it was 95%tile at 209.
Everyone.. Here is one of the scorecards I found on google from last year. This should give a slight idea of what the percentile mean. This guy has scored 61 marks in LR and his percentile is 67.xx and the sectional cutoff is 55 marks.. So don't be disheartened if your percentile is less.
