i gave nmat today, i would say testfunda mock depicts closest to the real thing.... Verbal esy to moderate toughness level, Quant .. A bbit lengthy DIs, LR moderate to tough..... Btw which slot wil today fall and when will result come out
LS- easy to moderate. felt it was kinda lengthy but doable.
LR- this surprised me a lot. the usual input output was there but it took some time to understand. there were a variety of questions ranging from relations to sequences(diagrams included) Overall this was difficult.
QA- Not that difficult as last time. DI was lengthy but again a lot of valuable time had to be invested.
My two cents-be thorough with your basics and pray for an easy LR section.
I had a question about the normalization system followed by NMIMS. Isn't it a process to gauge students' performance across various sections with same level of difficulty.Suppose, say student X finds window 1 harder than window 2. So, as per normalization he might end up getting a lower score compared to no. of questions he attempted correctly in window 2( given window 1 scores were lower).Thought sounds a little scary for someone like me,who felt window 1 was lot tougher than windows-4 and windows-5( my retake windows). Puys, please answer this, because many test takers are finding this confusing!!Cheers:)
I have my NMAT tomorrow. In my mocks i used my time to answer an appropriate number of attempts and in the last 5 mins to maximize my attempts i just blindly marked all answers as a result i did answer arnd 110-115 questions. However, while giving my mock tests iv come to know that most of the answers I marked as a guess 90% are incorrect ( or my luck just sucks!! -_- ) what do u think in the xam i should do? use the last 5 mins to attempts 2-3 qs correctly or continue with the strategy of maximizing my attempts??
Gave my third attempt of the season on 14th December and probably the best one. But, contrary to popular belief, I found QA/DI to be the toughest of the three(Would be happy if I score 70) whereas LR and VA were a breeze. QA Take 1 - 74, QA Take 2 - 78.
