I have not applied to NMIMS Bangalore or Hyderabad, and have scored 190 in first attempt. Can i apply to those colleges during my re-take ? Please help..

Hi, I gave my first attempt of NMAT on 31-OCT-2017at EDI5 Technologies P Ltd, Madhapur, Hyd, 500081. the server was down in the last ten minutes of exam. I chose Verbal Ability as the last section which has 32 questions and allotted just 22 minutes. I put great hopes on this section as this was my area of strength. And the time allotted being just 22 minutes, I had to answer with great speed. I just when I read a Passage and I was about to attempt the questions the server went down. It was all chaos in the exam hall affecting the serious environment of exam. It was only 20 minutes later the server was restored. And I had to spend 4 minutes all over again to re-read the passage to answer the questions (We do not peruse the passage, read only enough to answer the questions. One cannot expect to remember the content of passage after a break). I lost almost 20% of the time in one section (NMAT also has sectional cutoff). I answered a few questions randomly and 4 questions makes hell lot of difference in meeting the cutoff. People went out and came in at their wish. So if they too were attempting Verbal Ability section, all they needed was a minute to check the dictionary or browse internet for the meanings of nearly 5-6 questions on vocab, which would account to 15-18 marks; Mobile phones were easily accessible as there no lockers, we kept them in our bags just outside the exam hall and the proctors were too busy in setting the server right. For a few of the others the screens were not out, so had access to a question and had ample uncounted time to solve it. I saw one screen with a DI set and 20 minutes to analyze it. How should I think of it as anything less than extra time for them?
I complained the same thing to GMAC, but they don't seem to be bothered at all. Instead they came back saying no other candidates complained. And they "seem to" have conducted an investigations which sounds so naive. I lost one attempt of exam and my time and money. I couldn't get an response from them So I chose to post it here to see if it helps.

Hi,I have heard that scaling for last day of an window is very high is it true??I had performed well in the exam but secured only 206.Similarly I have performed my best in 3rd window in retake1.It is better than window 2 also.but I appeared in the last day also.I am really afraid of this fact.
