However, college provides various value added certifications courses viz. Power BI which operates on Online mode for their students.

GNIOT Institute of Management Studies (GIMS) offers Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) approved by A.I.C.T.E.PGDM offered at GIMS is a Two-Year full-time program, which follows a trimester system & offers dual specialization. The first year comprises core courses and second year consists of elective courses. The program offers dual specialization in second year in OB & Human Resource Management, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology & Business Analytics and Supply Chain Management & Logistics.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must possess a strong and consistent academic background. Performance in 10th grade, 12th grade and every year of graduation are considered in the selection process
Graduation Eligibility criteria:
A candidate is considered eligible for the PGDM course if he/she has cleared the bachelor degree examination from any recognized Indian university with a minimum of 50% marks (for General category) and a minimum of 45% marks (only for Reserved Category SC/ST) having Indian nationality or as per latest AICTE Guidelines.
SEVERAL STAGES FOR SELECTION PROCESS
1. APPLICATION FORM
To apply for the PGDM Programme at GIMS, applicants must fill the form either offline or on the online admissions portal.The Application processing fee is Rs. 1200/-. This fee can be paid through credit card, debit card or net banking.
2. SCREENING OF APPLICATION FORM
The application forms will be scrutinized by the GIMS panel, and the candidates will be shortlisted on the following parameters:
- CMAT/CAT/XAT/MAT or GMAT Admit Card or Score Card
- Consistency of academic record
- Versatility and achievement
- Relevance of work experience for the specialization (If any)
GIMS APTITUDE TEST (GAT)
Applicants shortlisted in the stage II, will be called for GIMS Aptitude Test (GAT). The test would be for 45 Mins and would have questions related to Language comprehension, Mathematical Skills, Critical Reasoning & Decision Making Skills.
This test will be optional for the students who have more than 60 percentiles in CMAT/CAT/XAT/ GMAT or above 75 in MAT but mandatory if the candidate wants to avail GIMS scholarship.
3.GROUP DISCUSSION
The Student who qualify GAT, CMAT/CAT/XAT/MAT or GMAT would be invited for Group Discussion on the campus or Zoom Platform. The topic of discussion will be provided by a panelist or a group of panelists Essay Round (Written) will be conducted, where conducting GD is not possible.

4.PERSONAL INTERVIEW/PRESENTATION
Shortlisted candidates after Group Discussion will have to face either of the following:
- Personal Interview (Face to face or Skype)
- Presentation (Student will have to prepare and give a PowerPoint Presentation on a topic given)
5.FINAL SELECTION
Final Selection will be based on the decision of a panelist or a group of panelists.The selection list is based on a composite score, which takes into account the applicant’s profile, academic record, entrance test scores MAT/CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT or GIMS Aptitude Test (GAT) , performance in the Group Discussion and Interview / Presentation/Essay Round.

- Prevalent norms of AICTE shall be followed for the admission process.

Hostel Facilities Of GNIOT Institute Of Management studies (GIMS)
Hostel: GNIOT is outfitted with hostel facility for Boys and Girls separately, 750 boys & 750 girls and these are close to the academic block in the campus itself. GNIOT is having a full-size hostel: which provides 2 seater Room with attached bathroom and other additional facilities. Furnishing includes a Bed, Study Table, Chair, Mattress, Bed Sheets, and Pillow, a bed sheet to cover him in summer, blanket in winter and a separate almirah and “GYM” for all students. The management of the institute is very exacting that the rooms are kept clear, clean airy and well ventilated and maintain hygienic surroundings. Every wing of the hostels has all students’ recreation rooms. Internet facility is also available in both hostels boys and girls. Both hostels are completely Wi-Fi.
