Dr. Shalini Sharma is the Dean-OSW. A competent and dynamic professional having over 22 years of diverse work experience in academics, training, general administration, and sales. Dr. Sharma is a PhD in management, an NLP Practitioner certified and TTT certified professional from The British Council. Apart from academics, she has been actively involved in designing and delivering various employability, behavioral and soft skills and corporate training programmes. Her association in training has been diverse from academic institutions to corporate houses.
She is associated with V V Giri National Labour Institute where, she has designed and delivered training programmes on Gender Sensitization, Stress Management through Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence/Empathy, Self- concept for Performance Enhancement, Anchoring through NLP and cross-culture communication for the Indian Police Personnel, RBI, Ministry of Women and Child Empowerment ICAR- Coimbatore, Lennox International, National Dockyard, Visakhapatnam, DMRC-New Delhi, National Front of Indian Trade Union (NFITU) to name a few. A few of her other associations have been with MDI, Gurgaon, B.M.L. Munjal University, Manesar, Skills Ahead Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd, Quantico Education and Management Services, Pratham Education (IIFM) Eninov Systems and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). She has also designed and delivered the Staff Development programmes for ex-servicemen (JSOs) at Army Institute and Management & Technology. She also designed and delivered sessions on Employability skills – The British Council Way, Lexical Approach to English Communication, Cross Cultural Communication, Team Building & Leadership, Time-Management and Transactional Analysis Training as a part of various workshops and FDPs/ SDPs . Dr. Sharma is a life member of NHRD Network, AHRD, Noida Management Association.
She has 7 Scopus and UGC publications and 3 books edited to her credit. She has been actively involved in conducting the psychometric tests for the students and counseling sessions thereafter, in order to align them with their career. She had been instrumental in organizing the National Seminar on “Make in India for Defense Forces” for the Western Command, Indian Army.
As an NLP practitioner she has explored the most sought after issues of Gen- Z and millennials – “Break-up Counseling” and “Stress in Relationship Handling” and has been conducting counseling sessions for the teens and adults both.
