This program has also been recognized as equivalent to MBA by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) Accreditation / Approvals - Approved by All India Council for Technical Education - Accredited by NBA, AIU - Accredited by the ACBSP (Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs), USA. and by EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development), European Union .

4. Eligibility requirements?


  Graduates/Final Year Graduation students appearing for CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/NMAT or who already have valid CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/NMAT scores. Scores of any one of the above exams conducted in June 2018 up to March 2019 will be valid for the admission.  Full-time graduation courses in any discipline recognized by the UGC/AIU.  Consistent academic record of not less than 50% aggregate in 10th Std, 12th Std. and Degree. Students in final year of Degree to consider their percentage up to the Second Year/Last completed semester .


 5.Admission Process?


 - Interview process consists of Written Ability Test (WAT)*/ Extempore speech* on a given topic for 2 Mins (in case of Skype Interview) and Personal Interview. (* No domain knowledge required) - Applicants will be shortlisted based on consistent academic performance, competitive exam score and work experience (min 6 months) as applicable - Short listed applicants will be called for an Interview Process in March 2019 to be held at several centres across India as mentioned in the Application Form (Skype interviews also held on specific request) - Selected students will be intimated by email/ phone/mobile. 


6. Program Fee?


 - Current Total fee is Rs. 10,70,000/- includes Tuition & Hostel stay charges for the entire PGDM Program - Mess Charges will be separate and will be approximately Rs. 2,700/- to Rs. 2,800/- per month on a sharing basis needs to be paid in addition to the above. - The above is the current fees structure applicable to AY 2018-19. This is subject to change next year

 Scholarship Schemes for PGDM 2019-21:


  • Merit Scholarship* –  Rs. 50,000 for finally selected applicants with minimum 70% each in - 10th Standard; 12th Standard / PUC 2; and Degree.


  • Empowering Woman* – Rs. 50,000 scholarship for finally selected woman applicants with minimum 1-year work experience and 60% aggregate each in - 10th Standard; 12th Standard / PUC 2; and Degree.


  • Student Exchange Subsidy: Students selected for student exchange programs abroad during the SDMIMD PGDM program are entitled to a subsidy ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,00,000 by SDMIMD based on the location of the host institute/university.


  • PGDM Merit Scholarship – 3 Students will be awarded Merit-cum-means Scholarship for Outstanding Academic Performance in each Term during the PGDM Program.

* Subject to the student completing the degree if joined SDMIMD as a fresher.
* Merit & Women scholarship amount will be adjusted against the last instalment of the PGDM Program fees.

 SELECTION PROCESS


  • Applicants will be shortlisted based on consistent academic performance, competitive exam score, recognition of participation in extracurricular activities including sports, debates, theatre, fine arts etc. and work experience if applicable finally for the admission.
     
  • Shortlisted applicants, based on the consistent academic performance, extracurricular activities will be called for Personal Interview in March 2019 to be held at several centresacross India as mentioned in the Application Form (Skype interviews held on request)
     
  • Selected students will be intimated by email/ phone/mobile. Your seat will be Blocked for admission on receipt of the First instalment of fees by the due date as mentioned in the Offer Letter.
     
  • Your seat will be Confirmed subject to the receipt of your entrance exam score and payment of the Second instalment of fees.

The flagship managment event of sdmimd will be held during feb1-2.Various events are organised as a part of this event.The theme for Naissance 2019 revolves around a collision of the ancient and modern business scruples.
