Do you guys think that SIBM is giving buffer calls in the recent lists?
My understanding is as follows: In the list prior to the last one, there was a movement of 50. In the latest list, there was a movement of only 20. This indicates at least 30 people from the previous list paid the fees to join (This is based on the thesis that none of the students who converted in the previous lists withdrew, which is an assumption that is not valid for sure). I just don't think that there would be 30 people out of 50 who would have held out so long for an SIBM call. This number 30 seems too high to me. Considering this, I feel that SIBM is giving buffer calls even now, so close to admission dates.
Do you guys think the same or have some different hypotheses?
Will anyone (General) withdraw admission now ? Kindly provide honest feedback. It would be of great help for the waitlisted candidates for predicting any movement if another merit list is released on 13 th June.
Yes
Poll check
Might withdraw depending on release of lists of other Bschools
