WAT: The topic was regarding why operations manager is important in an industry
GE: It was regarding some friends who were in a same room and have differences regarding studies and we have to come up with a solution. was smooth as my group members were cooperative
PI : It was chill and as I am a fresher they asked some questions like ur hobbies and family background
Overall process was smooth...I have one doubt my snap score was around 75 and It was just above cutoff.Are their any who converted with this score?? My acads were decent.Moreover what is the weightage for snap score in the final selection??????
Before describing my experience, i want to thank the SIOM students who were very helpful throughout the day, they are awesome people. I had the morning slot on 12 feb, at 11:45 , but i reached the campus at 10:45. The batch attendence was around 55. First the xerox documents were collected and verified ,which took around 2-3 hrs, and then we had the GE process for 20 min on a case study and just after that we went for WAT which was for 10 min. Then again the original document verification process happened and just after that PI happened for around 10-15 min. So in all i spend 4 hrs in the campus but others had to spend more than that, depending on their roll numbers.
Hello people, hope you had/ will have a good gdpi session. Just for your information, we have a company in the college for final placement paying 4.3 LPA. Just be aware of what you are getting into
The one page biodata SIOM is asking to take for the GEPIWAT process.. Do we have to mention just extra curriculars, hobbies, and special awards? or just like a normal BIODATA with contact info, education info, etc.? Please reply ASAP.

People who have already given their GE-PIWAT, all I ask is this. Is the GE like the one IMT held this year? That is, not a GD, but rather a group exercise?
