Any realistic chance for conversion at GN WL 194?
By which list number will WL 148 GN be able to convert (if at all I am able to convert!)
This is a post from last year...thought might clear some doubts regarding the waitlist movement
Date when the list came out, last waitlist to convert (for GN):
2nd list (8th May, 43) ; 3rd list (15th May, 82) ; 4th list (22nd May, not sure) ; 5th list (29th May, 135) ; 8th list (15th June, 202) ; 12th list (3rd July, 234) ; 13th list (6th July, not sure)
Adcom team kindly update if there have been any changes made in the withdrawal policy. Also, it would be helpful if you could reiterate it.
Last year's batch had 3 Male freshers. I want to know how many Male freshers have been given chance this year. Does a male fresher stand a chance of admission in sjmsom at all? I'm not even talking about GEM fresher
Where can I check the result?
How do i know my waitlist number?

People were expecting that this year WL might go toll 200(even higher) similar to last year. But the fact to consider here is that, Nitie has doubled it's fees. So definitely there would be a chunk of people opting for IIT b and slowing down the WL movement? What do you say? Also, there has been an increase in the number of seats in other iims . So we can expect more movement in WL compared to last year! But again, I'm not sure how these two factors are going to nullify each other
