How is our grad percentage calculated? According to  the conversion certificate or simply multiplying the cgpa with 10?

It is mentioned in the criteria that  "equivalent percentage of marks will be derived as (Obtained score/ Maximum possible score) *100, irrespective of the formula followed by the respective universities/ institutions for the conversion. "
