I did my Diploma Polytechnic after 10th which is equivalent to 12th but while filling the MBA admission form there is no mention of how diploma holder will fill that details.

And after Diploma I got direct admission in the 2nd year of ( BE Mechanical Engineering) which is a 4-year program as per UGC, how am supposed to fill those marks details in the first year column because without filling that details next page is not opening.
